I've been buying my discs from Karaoke Star for about 1 1/2 years, and without exception, every purchase has been a satisfying event. The staff is the model of excellence in the customer service arena. I'm still amazed by the efficiency and accuracy of the folks who fill my orders. In fact, one time I was holding the discs I ordered BEFORE I even had a chance to view the email confirmation (and I check my email quite frequently; often several times a day...). I have browsed the vast resources of the web, and have not yet found a purveyor of karaoke supplies that provides the selection, value, and satisfaction that I have enjoyed with Karaoke Star. Although I try to remain loyal to companies that provide the best value for my dollar, my main interest is still getting the most for my money, wherever I shop. Karaoke Star has always given me more than I expected in the way of value and customer service. If I ever find a supplier that can do a better job, I'll buy from them, but I don't think it will happen. In all honesty, I've found it to be a waste of time to comparison shop any further. These folks have earned my business, and in my humble opinion, they are destined to be a leader in the industry. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a six. They deserve it. I would add a "keep up the good work", but it's not necessary. I know they'll do it anyway.
