NEED YOUR PACKAGE BY A CERTAIN DATE? We do not expect our customers to be experts on shipping, let us help! PLEASE TELL US THE EXACT DATE YOU NEED YOUR PACKAGE. DO THIS BY CALLING US OR BY NOTING THIS DATE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR INTERNET ORDER. If you have not selected the appropriate shipping method to meet your date, we will contact you.



KARAOKESTAR.com is located in the United States of America. All shipping originates from one of our many USA warehouses or Vendor partners. It is our goal to ensure all orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 48 hours or sooner as long as we have no issues obtaining inventory and your order does not come to us over the weekend. If you have a specific delivery requirement it is critical you indicate this in the comments portion of your order.


We will call you if you do not select a shipping method that will reach you by your desired date. If we are not able to contact you before our shipping deadline and the price difference in the upgraded shipping method is less than $5.00, we reserve the right to charge you the difference to meet your shipping deadline. Free Shipping offer valid when coupon code is used on USA disc purchases over $100.


If we have most of your order in stock, we will ship it and send the rest of the order out ASAP at our expense.


UNFORSEEN DELAYS: Due to some of the issues going on in the Karaoke industry in regard to licensing problems, there might be a problem obtaining a certain disc. In addition, the current economy has created a situation where our distributors do not maintain the same stock levels as they did in the past and it is taking us a little longer to replenish our inventory. If we experience this issue with your order, we will attempt to track down any remaining inventory from a number of different distributors. This could delay shipment of this item for up to a week to 10 days--we typically let the rest of your order go without this delayed item. When all our resources have been exhausted, we will contact to see if we can provide a substitution that meets your needs. If you requested special shipping or you made a notation on your order that you needed your disc by a certain date, we will contact you immediately about this problem.




PLEASE PROVIDE CORRECT & COMPLETE ADDRESS INFO. A $10.00 correction/change fee is charged by UPS for incorrect or incomplete (missing suite/apt's) address information. This charge is also incurred if you call UPS after your package has shipped and change the address to which you want your package delivered.



The "guaranteed" delivery promise means that your shipping charges will be refunded if UPS or USPS Express service fails to deliver on time due to an error on their part. The guarantee does not apply to situations beyond their control which would include extreme weather conditions, government initiated actions or acts of terror.

KaraokeStar.com cannot be held responsible for UPS or USPS failure to deliver on time. KaraokeStar.com is not responsible for liabilities, losses, or emotional distress caused by lost shipments and delayed shipments. If a certain delivery date is critical please call us or indicate your critical delivery date in the comment section of your internet order form. If we don’t feel we can meet your delivery date based on the shipping method you choose, or if we are out of stock, we will contact you.


Orders subject to credit card verification and stock availability. If you do not provide us with a "ship to" address that verifies with your credit card provider, this can delay shipment of your order. If you are shipping to an address other than the one your credit card statement bills to, please call the phone number on the back of your credit card immediately to add this address as a secondary "ship to" address.



**Shipping Within The 48 Contiguous US**

OPTION #1: USPS Priority Mail This is the most economical method with fastest service. Charges start at $6.50 for 1 - 4 discs and increase from there. All Priority packages have delivery confirmation which will indicate to us if a package has been delivered, but does not track or estimate any delivery times. WARNING: Priority Mail is typically delivered in 2-3 days 90% of the time, however, it is NOT a guaranteed trackable service--taking slightly longer in rare cases. If you are NOT willing to take a chance like this and need your package by a certain date, we recommend you select a different method.


OPTION #2: UPS (United Parcel Service)
We ship most machine and hardware orders via UPS.

Please remember, regardless of when we process an order, UPS does not pick up any packages from us on Saturdays, Sundays or UPS Holidays. UPS Shipping days are calculated in "Business Days" ("Business Days" DO NOT include the day your order was shipped or picked up by UPS, Saturday, Sunday or UPS Holidays).

UPS Ground: 5 - 7 Business days

UPS 3-Day Select Air: 3 Business Days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days

UPS Next Day Air 1 Business Day (before end of day)

UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery This service is not available in all areas and usually costs about $15.00 MORE than Next Day Air. You must phone in your order if you next this shipping method as it is not an option online.

Special Note Regarding Next Day Air: We will ship your package via Next Day Air Saver which is guaranteed delivery before the end of the next business day (as late as 8:00 pm.) If you need your package earlier in the day, please call us or put this comment on your order and we will make the proper changes and charge you accordingly. In addition, if you order next day shipping on a Friday, we will make every attempt to contact you to see if you need special Saturday delivery. If we are not able to to so before our shipping deadline, we will send your order regular Next Day Air, which will not arrive until Monday. There is an addition charge of approximately $15 to have Saturday delivery.

Please keep in mind that "Air" shipping is especially more expensive with heavier weights and bigger boxes (box dimensions) as you are essentially "buying" space on an aircraft. Plan ahead for any bulkier purchases!

Sorry, UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

OPTION #3: USPS Express Mail (USA Disc Orders Only)
This is very fast service (1-2 days) and is especially prefered near a weekend or holiday. Unlike UPS, USPS Express Mail is delivered by the postal service 365 days a year including holidays and Sundays! We can track this service at www.usps.com. Rates start as low as $20.00 for up to 4 discs.

**Shipping To Hawaii & Alaska**
Since UPS only offers 2nd Day and Next Day service to these two states, we offer USPS Priority Mail Service as a more affordable option for our AK & HI customers. Rates start as low as $6.50.

Hardware orders vary by weight. Place your order online and we will contact you with the exact shipping amount if it is more than $5.00 what the shopping cart automatically factors.

**Military APO/FPO**
We utilize USPS Priority Mail for our APO/FPO customers.

**International Shipping**
We ship packages all over the world with great success---however, we do caution our international customers that we cannot guarantee delivery time regardless of the shipping method selected due to Customs issues.

Most disc orders are shipped Global Priority (6 - 10 days) Larger packages that are sent via Economy Air can take 4-6 weeks or possibly longer. If the package takes 20 days longer than expected, we will file a trace with the post office. The trace can take 7-10 days. If they deem the package is lost, we will resend another package and file a claim for the lost package. If the customer wishes to have another package resent before we officially consider the package lost, they will be responsible for paying for the inventory any shipping fees. If the original package id eventually deemed lost, refunds will be issued for he original shipment.

Hardware orders are shipped parcel post and shipping prices vary by weight and insurance. Place your order online and we will contact you with the costs for each shipping option and will wait for you to confirm your selection before proceeding.

Also, many countries have duties or surcharges that will have to be paid by YOU at the time of delivery. VAT, GST, or Customs fees, if any, are your responsibility.

RETURN POLICY
KaraokeStar.com is proud to provide one of the best return policies in the karaoke industry. To help us in expediting your return, please read our return policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Returns will only be accepted if you obtain a Return Authorization Number from us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please call 800-386-5743 to obtain a RA Number (Return Authorization Number) before sending any merchandise back to KaraokeStar.com.

**Returning Karaoke Discs**

Do to today's technology of being able to copy and or download discs, we can no longer accept the return of karaoke CDG's.

The only exception to this rule would be to exchange a truly defective disc for the exact same disc.

**Returning Defective Hardware**
Out Of The Box Guarantee
We guarantee that all our machines will work out of the box, or we will ship you a new one! Contact us immediately and we will try to troubleshoot your problem over the phone. YOU MUST CONTACT US AND SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME--Please do not leave emails or phone messages. If we are unable to resolve your problem, we will assist you in returning the defective machine and we will send you a new machine AT OUR EXPENSE. In the extreme rare event that the second item we send you arrives defective, we will not be able to send out a 3rd item until we receive at least one of the items back. Depending on the problem, we may require that the item be returned to us for testing before we deem it defective and send out a new item. Our “Out Of The Box Guarantee” must be claimed within the first 14 days of receipt of your machine. We can obtain your delivery date from UPS. All replacement systems are shipped out via UPS Ground, however you have the option to pay the difference in shipping to obtain your replacement faster.

If you are beyond our “Out Of The Box Guarantee”, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for service work. Please do not try to repair a machine yourself as this could void your warranty. All products we carry have a warranty and all our manufacturers offer great service work.

**Returning Hardware For An Upgrade**
If you are unhappy with your machine for any reason and wish to upgrade within 14 days of receipt, we will gladly apply the full value of your machine toward another machine—as long as your machine is in perfect condition and you have all the original packing materials. If customer recieved promotional (Free) shipping offer, shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. Please contact us for further information about our upgrade policy.

**Returning Non-Defective Karaoke Machines, Mixers, Amplifiers, Speakers, Microphones and other Hardware**
We will gladly provide you with a refund within 14 days of the day you received it (UPS provides us with delivery dates). As per the electronics industry standard, there is a 20% restocking fee for all hardware returns. We record serial number of all hardware before shipping and returned items must match serial numbers on file or item will be refused. If customer recieved promotional (Free) shipping offer, shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. YOU MUST CONTACT US AND SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME--Please do not leave emails or phone messages.

All original packing materials, boxes, wires, remote, batteries, instruction manuals, and warranty information must be returned. Equipment with signs of use or apparent misuse will be be rejected and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Other fees will be accessed for missing items. We suggest you insure your shipment back to us to protect you against damage or loss as KaraokeStar.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments.

The prices posted on this website are for mail, phone and internet orders only. The prices in our physical location may be the same or slightly higher on a few discs to offset the costs associated with operating a brick & mortar storefront.


Errors on Our Site:
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that an error is discovered, KaraokeStar.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. **Money Orders & Cashier's Checks**
We do accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks (No Personal Checks)--you can call us to pre-order, or you can complete a shopping cart order up to the point of shipping--be sure to calculate shipping! Don't finalize the order, print it out and send a Money Order for the amount indicated. Be sure to make a photo copy of your MO or Cashier's check and record the serial number in the event is becomes lost in the mail. We also recommend you send the item in a way you can track it--we are not responsible for any funds we have not received.Due to the increase in counterfieting and fraud, we verify all cashier checks and money orders with our bank and the issuing party.



**COD - Collect On Delivery**
At this time, we no longer ship COD due to the large amount of fraud and refused packages we have incurred.

**PURCHASE ORDERS**
Initial purchase orders must be for more than $100. Large purchases of $400 or more will require payment in advance. If you are a large corporation, hospital or school system wanting to make a purchase order, fax your purchase order to 480-585-9115 Attn: Accounting Department. You can call us to place a pre-order and get shipping amounts or you can complete a shopping cart order up to the point of shipping (don't finalize it), print it out and fax it in with your purchase order. Once your account is approved and verified, we will ship your order and bill you for the purchase. Since this is essentially a line a credit, it does require a credit approval process which can take up to a week to complete. If you need your items by a certain date or for a purchase less than $100, we recommend you make your initial purchase using a credit card and submit an expense report and establish your account for all future purchases

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you need to cancel an order DO NOT EMAIL US OR LEAVE A MESSAGE ON OUR ANSWERING SYSTEM---Please call us immediately! An email or voice mail message may not get to our shipping department in time to pull the order off our dock. A cancellation is not considered valid unless you have been given a cancellation confirmation number by one of our order specialists. You will be provided with this number immediately once we confirm that your order hasn't already shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for canceled orders that leave our dock before they have a chance to cancel, including any return shipping charges from UPS for refused orders.
